INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Chana dal
1/4 cup Toor dal
1/4 cup Urad dal
1/4 cup Moong dal
2 teaspoons coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
2 teaspoon(approx) salt
PROCEDURE:
1. Dry roast all the ingredients (except salt).
2. When everything comes to room temperature, grind to powder along with salt.
3. Store in an airtight container. Serve with hot rice and ghee.
